In 2018, Elcometer expanded its product range to include high-performance abrasive blast equipment — including portable abrasive blast machines, media valves, air handling systems, personal protective equipment, hoses, and a comprehensive range of accessories.

Product Divisions


Coatings Inspection:
From surface profile, cleanliness, dry film thickness, porosity, adhesion, and gloss, to abrasion, scratch resistance, and elasticity — Elcometer provides the complete solution for your coatings inspection needs.


Concrete Inspection:
Elcometer Concrete Covermeters and Rebar Locators measure concrete cover depth or detect rebar beneath the surface.
Half-cell versions assess corrosion probability, while Test Hammers measure surface hardness and moisture meters determine readiness for coating.
We also supply adhesion testers for coatings on concrete — available in mechanical or automatic hydraulic versions.
