HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you wish to return an item/equipment, you can do so within the legal period of 14 days after the date of the invoice.

You can request a return through our website, the steps to follow are described in the "My Account" tab. Products must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding accessories, instructions and original box. Remember that the invoice that you can print in the “My Account” tab serves as a receipt.

For hygiene reasons, wipes or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that once the return is approved, the refund of the amount paid will be made via Credit Note, which does not expire, or by other equipment. For more information, please contact our sales department.

HOW CAN I BE SURE I MADE MY PURCHASE WELL?

Once the purchase process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service.

CAN I DELETE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

As long as you have not completed the entire purchasing process, you can delete the items you want from the shopping cart. Otherwise, you must cancel the order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, in the “Orders placed” tab in “My Account”.

HACCPEMI, LDA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline stipulated by law, or equipment that is not in the same condition as it was received.
