The PCE-TG 300-NO7 is a professional ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for fast, accurate, and non-destructive measurements on homogeneous materials. With its wide measuring range, pulse-echo and echo-echo modes, plus Bluetooth printing capability and USB connectivity, it is a reliable solution for industrial maintenance, quality control, technical inspection, and corrosion monitoring.
This thickness meter can measure virtually any homogeneous material, including metals, plastics, ceramics, epoxy resin, and glass. Optional probes are available for applications involving damping or dispersive materials, as well as 90° probes for hard-to-reach areas. The ultrasonic velocity can be freely adjusted to match the tested material and ensure dependable measurement accuracy.
Its TFT color display ensures clear readings even in demanding working environments. The built-in memory stores measurements from multiple inspection points, while the echo-echo mode allows measurements through coated parts without including the coating thickness in the final result. This makes the instrument ideal for pipe inspection, tank testing, wall thickness control, wear assessment, and defect detection.
