The PCE-TDS 200+ S is a portable ultrasonic flow meter designed to measure flow rate, flow velocity and volume in pipes without cutting, opening or interrupting the installation. This version stands out because it also includes thermal measurement, making it especially valuable for heating systems, thermal circuits and energy audits.
With a measurement range of ±32 m/s, high repeatability and different measurement methods, the instrument delivers reliable results across a wide range of applications. The installation help menu guides correct sensor positioning and graphically displays signal quality and the ideal sensor spacing, simplifying field work and reducing configuration errors.
After entering the pipe and fluid parameters, the display shows flow velocity, flow rate and volume. Because this version includes thermal measurement, it can also display temperature, thermal power, thermal energy and even costs, based on the temperature difference between supply and return and the measured flow.
The built-in 32 GB memory stores up to 10 million values, with logging intervals configurable from 1 second to 12 hours. Optional software allows users to read data, view graphs and tables, export to CSV, generate PDF reports and monitor measurements in real time. The instrument is optionally available with an ISO or DAkkS calibration certificate.
Because it combines non-invasive flow measurement, advanced data logging and thermal energy analysis in one portable instrument, enabling more complete, traceable and useful technical measurements.
