Description

This controller includes 2 relays with normally open and normally closed contacts, which can be activated locally according to monitored parameter status or remotely via WEB interface, SNMP managers and HTTP/XML API commands. It also provides 2 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs and a 1-Wire interface for up to 2 temperature or humidity-temperature sensors.

In addition to monitoring temperature, humidity, analog voltage and digital states, the TCW122B-CM can send e-mail alerts and/or SNMP traps for predefined alarm conditions. It can operate as a standalone unit or as part of SCADA systems, making it a dependable choice for data centres, technical rooms, industrial facilities, storage applications and network management.

Key benefits

  • Remote monitoring of temperature, humidity, voltage and digital contacts.
  • 2 relays for remote or automatic control of electrical devices.
  • Management through WEB, SNMP v1, HTTP API and XML.
  • Supports up to 2 1-Wire sensors for temperature or humidity/temperature.
  • SNMP traps and e-mail alarms for fast event notification.
  • Suitable as a standalone device or integrated into SCADA.
  • Password-protected configuration and remote firmware update.
  • Compact solution for industrial automation, technical rooms, offices and small to medium networks.

Recommended applications

The TCW122B-CM is especially suitable for applications where remote monitoring and distributed control are essential for reliability, automation and fast response. It is particularly recommended for:

  • Remote environmental monitoring in server rooms, data centres, offices and technical facilities.
  • Remote control of electrical devices through the 2 onboard relays.
  • Home and office alarm systems with e-mail or SNMP trap alerts.
  • Food and pharmaceutical storage temperature and humidity monitoring.
  • Industrial process automation and SCADA integration.
  • Small to medium network management with remote supervision needs.

Technical and functional advantages

The TCW122B-CM combines environmental data acquisition, digital status monitoring, analog voltage measurement and relay-based control in a single device. This makes it especially useful in installations that require remote supervision and responsive control without the complexity of larger automation platforms.

Compatibility with SNMP v1, HTTP API and XML status reports simplifies integration with supervisory software, custom applications and automation platforms. Support for NO/NC relays, digital inputs in dry contact or logic level mode, and analog inputs up to 60 VDC adds further flexibility for field deployment.
