Measured values can be stored in the internal non-volatile memory, allowing temperature conditions to be monitored over extended periods and subsequently transferred to a computer for analysis and documentation.

The D0211 is suitable for laboratories, quality control, industry, maintenance, storage, HVAC, research and technical monitoring, combining portable measurement with data logging capability.

Important: External Probe Not Included

The COMET D0211 requires a compatible external Pt1000 or Ni1000 temperature probe for measurement. The temperature probe is not included in the standard delivery and must be selected separately according to the temperature range, application, probe design and cable length required.

Temperature Measurement with External Pt1000 or Ni1000 Probe

The D0211 uses an external RTD probe, enabling the sensor and probe construction to be selected according to the specific application.

With a suitable Pt1000 probe, the instrument supports a measuring range of -200 to +500 °C, subject to the permissible range of the connected probe.

The D0211 can also be configured for Ni1000/6180 ppm sensors, providing additional flexibility for compatible temperature probes.

Temperature Data Logger with Internal Memory

In addition to instantaneous measurement, the COMET D0211 can automatically record temperature in its non-volatile internal memory.

The logging interval is adjustable from 10 seconds to 24 hours, allowing the instrument to be adapted to both shorter processes and long-term monitoring.

Cyclic and non-cyclic recording modes are available. In non-cyclic mode, logging stops when the memory is full. In cyclic mode, the oldest stored data is overwritten by new measurements.

USB Data Transfer and COMET Vision Software

Recorded data can be transferred to a computer using the included Mini USB cable for subsequent analysis, visualisation and documentation.

The standard delivery includes the free full version of COMET Vision, analytical software designed for COMET data loggers and monitoring instruments.

Important: the USB connection is intended for transferring stored data. Measurement and data logging are not enabled while the instrument is connected to the PC.
