With 2 high-resolution analog output channels (voltage or current loop), plus open drain outputs and dual relays, it’s built for reliable remote control, process automation, and seamless integration into SCADA and M2M networks.

The TCW280 supports two analog output channels configurable via a password-protected Web interface. Select from: 0–20mA, 4–20mA, 0–24mA, 0–5V, and 0–10V. Both channels deliver 12-bit resolution for accurate and stable control.

In addition, the module provides 4 open drain outputs configurable as standard digital ON/OFF outputs or as PWM outputs. PWM operation supports up to 2000Hz with 10-bit resolution, making it ideal for LED dimming, DC motor speed control, and solid-state relay control.

For maximum safety and noise immunity, the analog and open drain outputs are galvanically isolated from the power supply, providing 1000VDC isolation between sections. Two relays with NO/NC contacts can be operated via the Web UI or industrial protocols such as SNMP, HTTP API, and MODBUS TCP/IP.

The advanced scheduling engine includes 4 schedules (one-time or weekly) with 100ms resolution. A built-in RTC with time server synchronization ensures precise execution of scheduled switching or control tasks.
