The Termocouple T sensor gives greater accuracy for food processing, the type T thermocouple sensor provides faster response. Simply plug the probe of your choice into the CA2005 and the thermometer will take fast, accurate measurements.

The CA2005 features an easy to read, LCD display with low battery indication. The instrument displays temperature over the range of -49.9 to 399.9°C.

The CA2005 is housed in a robust waterproof ABS case with protection IP67. The auto-power off facility maximises battery life, turning the instrument off automatically.
