The MMCombi hand held thermistor thermometer has been specifically designed for use in the HACCP procedures, catering and food processing industries to cope with routine day-to-day usage. The integral sensor is a general purpose needle probe for use wherever penetration of semi-solid product is required – eg cooked/chilled foods.

The MMCombi measures temperature over the range of -100 to 400°C with a resolution of 0.1°C and a high system accuracy (probe & thermometer) of ±0.2°C which is guaranteed, due to the instruments advanced electronics. Our instruments have a voltage reference, and they use this to check their own calibration “ Self-Calibrating”. this gives us excellent long term stability.

The thermometer is housed in an ergonomic robust ABS case and powered by one 9 Volt PP3 battery, giving the instrument an battery life over 200 hours.
