The P300 professional digital thermometer is designed with the catering and food processing industry in mind. The P300 thermometer is housed in a robust ABS case with sensor holder.

The P300 thermometer is powered by two 1.5 volt AA batteries that give up to a minimum of one year battery life (without ilumination).

Each thermometer is supplied with a permanently attached food penetration probe with a 120 mm x 3.5 mm with needle point, stainless steel stem and 1.2 metre PU lead.
