Videoscope PCE-PIC 60

The PCE-PIC 60 borescope is a professional inspection system designed for remote visual analysis of pipelines, ducts, and conduits—particularly those that are long, narrow, or otherwise difficult to access. Depending on the model, it includes a 60 m (optionally 120 m) endoscopic cable with high-flex optical fibres.

At the end of the probe is a motorised and articulated camera head with IP68 protection rating, suitable for use in submerged or harsh industrial environments. The camera allows full horizontal (360°) and vertical (180°) rotation, enabling comprehensive area coverage without the need to reposition the probe.

The motorised focus system allows inspection distances from 20 to 100 cm, ensuring clear and precise imaging at various depths. Illumination is provided by four high-power adjustable LEDs, enabling reliable inspection even in complete darkness.

An integrated electronic cable length meter continuously measures insertion depth, which is essential for accurate fault location, documentation, and maintenance planning.

The PCE-PIC 60 allows users to record still images, video (AVI), and audio annotations. Image resolution is Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), ensuring excellent detail capture. An HDMI output enables real-time viewing on an external monitor, while a USB interface allows text entry via an external keyboard.

The unit is supplied in a rugged aluminium drum for protection and portability. Included accessories—such as a camera head guide and trolley—ensure stable movement inside pipelines with diameters ranging from 80 mm to 1200 mm.
