Description

The device offers automatic or manual network selection and a user-friendly Web interface accessible via USB in any standard browser. Once deployed, the TCG120-4 can be configured remotely using SMS commands or the HTTP API. With 2 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs (0–60 VDC) and 2 relay outputs (NO/NC), it allows direct control of processes and field equipment. The 1-Wire interface supports up to four Teracom sensors, significantly extending the monitoring capabilities.

For IoT and SCADA integration, the module communicates via HTTP API using XML/JSON status files or efficiently via MQTT, which is ideal for low-bandwidth cellular networks. Offline logic enables the relays to be triggered by alarm conditions from any monitored parameter, allowing autonomous operation without constant server communication. The unit also supports GSM geolocation* and firmware updates via USB or over-the-air.
