Principle of Operation:
By means of the Penetrometer / Durometer for fruits and vegetables of the BAXLO we obtain a valid indication of the most opportune period for harvesting the fruit, as well as the state of maturation in refrigerated storage and the evolution of the maturation.
The main feature of our instrument is its non-destructive character, Our identifier does not penetrate the peel of the fruit. For each type of fruit or vegetable there is a different type of Penetrometer / Durometer.
