Description
Using an automatic hydraulic pump, the Elcometer 510 applies load smoothly and continuously, delivering repeatable and reproducible adhesion measurements with minimal operator influence.
With fully adjustable pull rates from 0.1 to 1.4 MPa/s (14.5–203 psi/s), an accuracy of ±1% of full scale and compatibility with major national and international standards, the Elcometer 510 is ideal for laboratory testing and on-site quality control. The pull rate can be selected by the user and the gauge automatically applies the pre-set rate, ensuring consistent, reliable test results every time.
Available as Model S and Model T, the Elcometer 510 features a bright colour LCD display, on-board memory for up to 60,000 readings in 2,500 batches (Model T), USB and Bluetooth® data output (Model T), and full connectivity to ElcoMaster® data management software, allowing users to review data, analyse statistics and generate professional inspection reports in seconds.
