Using the external remote probe with integrated three metre lead the unit measures both temperature and humidity over the range of -10 to 60 °C and 10 to 99 % rh. The Thermo-Hygrometer using the external remote probe with integrated 1.5 metre lead.

The hygro thermometer is housed in an ABS case, measuring 102 x 21 x 110 mm, that incorporates a keyhole slot for hanging on a wall.
